A Free Meal for Joining the Restaurant’s Rewards Program
If you join the Zax Rewardz program, you will be eligible for a complimentary Big Zax Snak meal. This meal includes three chicken fingers, crinkle fries, Texas toast, and a small Coca-Cola, all served with the delicious Zax Sauce. As a loyal fan, this is just one of the perks you can enjoy.
Easy Redeeming of Reward Points
Previously, it was a cumbersome process for customers to redeem their points while shopping at Zaxby’s. However, with recent reforms, a customer with ten points can now redeem them for a one-dollar discount on their purchase. Moreover, customers can also use their reward points to avail discounts on any meal they order from the restaurant.
Free Deliveries
As a way of appreciating their loyalty, customers can enjoy free deliveries on specific days. These days include April 24th to 30th, selected Sundays in May, and other random Sundays throughout the year.
How Successful Was the Strategy?
In the end, the restaurant’s strategies proved to be successful in attracting a greater number of customers than anticipated. Schwing reported that the restaurant’s app saw a doubling of active users. Additionally, the app achieved an impressive rating of 4.7 on the app store, indicating that customers were highly satisfied with the restaurant’s services.
