Cordelia S. May was a young woman when she realized that if humanity didn’t get its act together soon, it could be wiped out forever. Her chief concerns were problems like overpopulation and ecological disasters brought about by rapid urbanization. Beginning her work in the 1950s, this brave woman dedicated her life to saving the human race and the planet and created the Colcom Foundation to carry on the legacy.
What is Colcom?
The Colcom Foundation is an organization dedicated to saving humanity through rational actions. This includes their work to stop overpopulation by teaching people about family planning and their many projects to curb environmental destruction. Overall, Colcom Foundation is all about fixing the big problems that humanity faces by taking action today. They know that there is no time to waste and that if we are to survive as a species, we can’t just hope for the best while doing nothing.
What Does Colcom Believe?
Compassion is at the heart of the work of the Colcom Foundation. They believe in equality, democracy, and freedom. They want everyone to have a voice and are big advocates for freedom of speech. They also believe that everyone should have an equal vote and that truth will overcome lies in the marketplace of ideas.
Can Colcom Save the Planet?
Today the Colcom Foundation is partnering with other environmental organizations to preserve the green spaces in Pennsylvania. They also advocate for intelligent and reasonable immigration reform in the USA to help balance out the population so that there isn’t an overabundance of old compared to young. Colcom Foundation is among the primary sources of funding directed towards the United States anti-immigration movement. That funding helps organizations like the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), the American Border Patrol, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), and Numbers USA.
While there are many problems that we face as a species, Colcom knows that if we work together, we can overcome them. Optimism is the way forward and they are leading the charge to a better future for us all.
