Quattro Development Had Remarkable Presence at ICSC Las Vegas

Quattro Development, a prominent player in the commercial real estate arena, is pleased to celebrate its impressive 16th consecutive participation at the esteemed ICSC Las Vegas event. The event took place from May 20-30 at the iconic Las Vegas Convention Center.

ICSC Las Vegas, widely recognized as a hub for the Marketplaces Industry, brought together industry trailblazers who have been redefining the realms of shopping, entertainment, work, dining, and communal spaces. With an array of exhibitors showcasing their offerings, the event served as an ideal platform for fostering connections and exploring collaborative ventures among tenants, brokers, landlords, and engineers.

As stated by Mike Liyeos, co-founder of Quattro Development, “The ICSC Conference in Vegas is the Super Bowl event for our industry. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the most active tenants, brokers, and developers in retail real estate. We are thrilled to have been part of it once again.”

Quattro Development’s long-standing commitment to innovation and success secured its prominent spot at this renowned event. This year, the company made its presence felt with a substantial delegation, consisting of key members of its leadership team: Mike Liyeos, Rob Walters, Owen England, Grant Barrett, and Matt Liburd. This expanded representation underlines the company’s dedication to fostering relationships, both new and old.

Rob Walters, co-founder of Quattro Development, emphasized the importance of involving the next generation of leaders in such events. He explained, “ICSC Vegas provides a great platform to start new relationships. Over the years, we’ve met many real estate professionals who have become friends, whom we look forward to catching up with every May. We feel that it’s important for our next generation of Quattro leaders to participate in this event so that they can create their own relationships to cultivate as their careers progress.”

During the event, the Quattro Development team engaged in a series of meetings with clients, potential clients, brokers, and service providers. This engagement aimed to strengthen existing connections and explore fresh avenues for commercial development. Building on the success of the previous year’s ICSC Las Vegas, Quattro Development hosted its second annual client dinner on May 22. The event, co-sponsored by Ice Miller law firm, was a testament to the company’s commitment to building multifaceted relationships with its clients.

Mike Liyeos added, “Our clients are the lifeblood of our business, and we strive to accommodate their needs. The opportunity to share a meal and engage in discussions beyond business, in an exciting place like Vegas, was a great way to mix business with pleasure.”

With a track record of over 130 successful projects spanning 30 states, Quattro Development remains a prominent force in the commercial real estate landscape. By consistently embracing innovation, nurturing relationships, and actively participating in events like ICSC Las Vegas, Quattro Development solidifies its commitment to excellence in the dynamic world of real estate development.
