Kfir Gavrieli always knew he would do well one of these days but was not sure what field he wanted to go into until much later in life. As a kid, he showed a lot of promise in his HS classes but never thought he would go on to be the valedictorian. But as he got to the end of the line, it became clear that he had the best grades of anyone in his class, so he had to write a speech. As he got ready to ship off to college, he had a full ride to any of the best colleges in the nation.
Though he was tempted to be an ivy man, in the end, he knew Stanford was the perfect fit for him. So, he began there in the early 2000’s & Kfir Gavrieli did his best to impress all of the professors he had during that time. As he was doing his best to prove himself, he was told that a major was necessary if he wanted to graduate with the rest of his class.
So, he chose economics & never looked back. After he was able to finish summa cum laude, he made the choice to go on to grad school & this is when Kfir Gavrieli got the idea to start a business. He was not sure what he was going to call it at first but soon settled on the name Tieks.
First established back in 2018, this is a new company that is dedicated to ensuring every person who wants one can have their own pair of ballet slippers. He was not sure if he would be able to run it well, but it has since been a big success for more than 15 years now. He currently resides in Pasadena, Los Angeles. Refer to this article to learn more.
